LVMH Order Processing Coordinator

1. Serve as the primary contact for UK and EIRE launch and order planning for POSM and free goods.
2. Assist in the implementation of launch activities to ensure all on-counter dates are achieved.
3. Collaborate with the Supply team to ensure timely downloading of orders and matrices from Aurora.
4. Communicate the status and manage solutions for launch management, distribution management, shortage reports, and logistical constraints for POSM.
5. Place and manage all POSM/Free Goods orders and fulfillment within PCD.
6. Develop and maintain internal relationships within brands to ensure operational excellence.
7. Respond to queries and issues related to POSM/free goods post-fulfillment.
8. Coordinate shipping requests with the distribution center in Milton Keynes and act as a liaison with transport partners.
9. Prepare operational reports concerning demand activities for launch orders.
10. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings to maintain effective communication within the department.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service within an FMCG environment.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
3. Proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP system.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
5. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
6. Action-oriented and proactive.
7. Calm under pressure and quick-thinking.

Minimum 3 years of operational, logistics, or customer service experience in an FMCG environment.
