1. Review and draft commercial contracts, including distribution and purchasing agreements.
2. Prepare legal notes, training materials, and presentations on various current legal topics.
3. Manage and develop legal technology tools, such as contract management systems, intranet, and document databases.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) in Commercial Law.
2. Strong interest in New Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within a legal department.

1. Proficiency in English, particularly in drafting notes and contracts.
2. Strong reactivity, pragmatism, and attention to detail.
3. Excellent teamwork abilities.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) in Commercial Law.

This is a 6-month internship starting in January 2026, offering valuable experience in a leading luxury goods company.
