LVMH Key Account Manager

1. Lead the strategic management of key accounts, maximizing business potential through sell-in and sell-out plans that drive profitable growth.
2. Administer and develop assigned accounts, ensuring strong, collaborative, and long-term relationships.
3. Negotiate commercial terms, annual agreements, and promotional plans to enhance brand value.
4. Implement product placement and sales rotation strategies aligned with company objectives.
5. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure product availability and visibility.
6. Analyze performance and profitability indicators, proposing action plans for sustained growth.
7. Ensure excellence in the execution of displays, support materials, and brand standards at the point of sale.
8. Identify market trends and business opportunities, anticipating competitive actions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or similar roles, preferably in beauty, luxury, or premium retail.
3. Proven experience in sell-in and/or sell-out processes.
4. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
5. Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
