LVMH HR Intern

- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting interns, including screening, shortlisting, and conducting telephone interviews as needed.
- Coordinate the logistics and organization of intern assessment centers.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other onboarding documents.
- Conduct right-to-work checks and manage the onboarding process, including first-day inductions and updating HR systems.
- Support with ad hoc data and reference requests, and prepare change of detail letters for salary increases and promotions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and gain understanding of lower-level employee relations cases and family-friendly policies.
- Research external training courses and platforms, and communicate internal LVMH training opportunities.
- Organize committee meetings, focus groups, and events in alignment with the DEI strategy.
- Support the HR team on project-related work and centers of excellence initiatives.
- Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Presentation skills and creativity.
- Basic skills in video editing and graphic design tools such as Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
- Ability to create visually appealing content and graphics.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Beginner-level experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience.
