- Oversee regular reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple brands.
- Conduct financial and business analysis to support brand and business unit management decisions.
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to enhance business objectives, financial performance, and operational processes.
- Control operational expenses and identify areas for savings, efficiency, and productivity improvements.
- Actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for the brand and business units.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and internal controls, reinforcing company policies and guidelines through team education.
- Assist with ad hoc assignments as directed by management and headquarters.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and word processing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics AX, and BI tools such as Cognos or Power BI.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a multi-brand environment.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
- Proactive with strong analytical thinking and a business mindset.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in a financial controlling role is required.
