LVMH Finance Controller

1. Provide financial controlling for a portfolio of brands within LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics UK & Ireland.
2. Support the Brand Managing Director with financial aspects including monthly management reporting, budgets, and ad-hoc finance analysis.
3. Act as a key business partner by delivering insightful reports and analysis to support decision-making and challenge the brand using benchmarks and market analysis.
4. Identify business risks and opportunities, providing constructive advice to business managers.
5. Drive cost optimization initiatives and process improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with LVMH Group rules and proper usage of company assets.
7. Interact with brand teams (Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, HR) and the international Headquarter team.
8. Prepare and manage budget planning and review processes in alignment with parent company requirements.
9. Coordinate operations teams' input to budget and review all budget elements.
10. Prepare European Financial Budget Book and assist in the preparation of the 3-year plan.
11. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including detailed sales and cost analysis.
12. Analyze profitability by channel, customer, and commercial action, supporting sales and marketing teams.
13. Participate in the implementation of Finance/IT projects and support internal control procedures.
14. Assist with annual external audits and internal audits.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within an international group, preferably in FMCG, retail, or luxury business.
2. Solid accounting knowledge.
3. Interest in beauty and retail sectors.
