LVMH Finance Controller

- Provide financial controlling for a portfolio of brands within LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics UK & Ireland.
- Support the Brand Managing Director with financial aspects including monthly management reporting, budgets, and ad-hoc finance analysis.
- Act as a key business partner by delivering insightful reports and analysis to support decision-making and challenge the brand using benchmarks and market analysis.
- Identify business risks and opportunities, providing constructive advice to business managers.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with LVMH Group rules and proper usage of company assets.
- Interact with brand teams (Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, HR) and the international Headquarter team.
- Prepare and manage budget planning and review processes in alignment with parent company requirements.
- Coordinate operations teams' input to budget and review all budget elements.
- Prepare European Financial Budget Book and assist in the preparation of the 3-year plan.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including detailed sales and cost analysis.
- Analyze profitability by channel, customer, and commercial action, supporting sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in the implementation of Finance/IT projects and support internal control procedures.
- Assist with annual external audits and internal audits.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within an international group, preferably in FMCG, retail, or luxury business.
- Solid accounting knowledge.
