LVMH Customer Service Intern

- Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks.
- Manage the reception of orders, quotes, and returns.
- Follow up on and resolve incidences between the Commercial Team and the Customer Service department.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries.
- Resolve routine customer issues independently and escalate complex queries to managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Methodical with strong management skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous.
Previous professional experience in customer service or supply chain departments is considered a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
