1. Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
2. Communicate and create presentations for stakeholders including Comex, HR Directors, Maisons, and Top Management.
3. Produce workforce analyses for LVMH HR and Business Leaders, as well as ad hoc analyses.
4. Create dashboards for data visualization.
5. Contribute to the management of the indicator database comprising 30 monthly and over 100 annual indicators.
6. Ensure the proper functioning of reporting tools and participate in their optimization and evolution.
7. Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
8. Develop and produce materials to educate and train contributors on various topics.
9. Contribute to webinars and training sessions for the HR Reporting community.
10. Manage contributor requests and exploit HR data to analyze trends for decision-making.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in business school or university.
2. Interest in HR Data topics.
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
4. Excellent written and spoken English and French for a multicultural international environment.
5. Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and attentiveness.
6. Critical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
