- Provide operational support to project managers, liaising directly with business units and Maisons within the Group.
- Analyze financial business needs and model/formalize financial processes.
- Participate in tender processes.
- Construct and plan project approaches, monitor project actions, and ensure adherence to governance structures.
- Prepare presentation materials for internal LVMH teams and Maisons.
- Manage various project stakeholders, including internal teams and consulting firms.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes/tools in collaboration with Finance, IT departments, and external consultants.
- Facilitate change management for business units and Maisons, including communication actions such as drafting newsletters and updating intranet sites.
- Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) at a business school, engineering school, or university.
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and rigor.
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in Big 4/Consulting, Project Management, Consolidation, or Financial Control is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
