1. Assist in the development of programming in collaboration with LVMH partner Maisons.
2. Organize internal and external pilot test waves to optimize future initiation experiences.
3. Contribute to the conceptualization of discovery and initiation activities and e-learning experiences.
4. Participate in the creation of workshop and masterclass programs, including presentation materials and participant booklets.
5. Co-pilot pilot sessions to validate programs, ensuring adherence to experiential guidelines and timelines.
6. Support logistical management of supplies and tools for workshops.
7. Contribute to the development of the e-learning platform through competitive analysis and content ideation.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) or final-year internship from a university or business/engineering school.
2. Previous experience in training or marketing (content creation) is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in office software (PowerPoint, Adobe, Indesign, Canva, Figma).
2. Strong aesthetic and pedagogical sense in presentation creation.
3. Ability to follow a project timeline and provide thorough updates to management.
4. Comfortable interacting with various levels of stakeholders.
5. Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively on cross-functional projects.
6. Interest in digital content and e-learning.
7. Professional proficiency in English.
