LVMH IT, Digital & Finance Purchasing Intern

- Engage in the entire purchasing process, including gathering and assessing the needs of the Maisons and group teams.
- Manage tenders and direct negotiations: draft specifications, analyze proposals, negotiate, and finalize contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
- Oversee order placement for centralized contracts and monitor expenditures.
- Renew framework agreements nearing expiration.
- Conduct Software Asset Management at the group level, including inventory management and optimization communication.
- Facilitate Supplier Relationship Management through satisfaction surveys, business reviews, and action plan follow-ups.
- Utilize purchasing tools for supplier information, contract management, and expenditure tracking.
- Currently enrolled in the third year of a business or engineering school with a focus on commerce or a Master's program specializing in Purchasing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore new topics.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Autonomy and initiative-taking.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Fluent in English.
A first experience in IT, Digital, or Finance purchasing is advantageous but not required.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
