LVMH Intellectual Property Legal Intern

Within LVMH, the Holding provides oversight and support functions to all Maisons and subsidiaries, both domestically and internationally.

1. Monitor intellectual property rights portfolios (trademarks, designs, domain names) of the Maisons in collaboration with Industrial Property Advisors.
2. Conduct availability searches for trademarks and product names, and research the state of the art in designs and models.
3. Validate projects and perform risk analysis for new product launches.
4. Draft and review contracts, including collaboration agreements and copyright licenses.
5. Participate in the management and follow-up of pre-litigation and litigation processes, including success probability studies, cease and desist letters, settlement agreements, and review of legal documents.
6. Conduct legal monitoring in intellectual property.
7. Research case law and draft legal notes.
8. Assist in conducting intellectual property audits.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property (Master 2).
2. Preferably has completed an initial internship in intellectual property.
3. Experience in a law firm is a plus.
4. Proficiency in English.

Entry-level experience required, preferably with a prior internship in intellectual property.

Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property (Master 2).
