1. Oversee the employment cycle for frontline team including recruitment, orientation, development, and engagement.
2. Act as a key contact point for frontline team for all inquiries and issues.
3. Partner with various HR functions and teams for HR-related projects such as staff engagement, performance evaluation, and talent development.
4. Collaborate closely with the HR Operations team to facilitate the monthly payroll cycle and all benefit administration matters.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate employment records and reports.
6. Promote a positive and open working environment.
7. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

1. University graduate in human resources management, business management, or any science-related discipline.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry.
3. Immediate availability is preferred.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and both English and Chinese written abilities.
3. Positive can-do attitude.
4. Patient and curious with a strong sense to connect with others and understand needs.
