1. Ensure effective utilization of the Group's Talent Management tool by all users globally.
2. Maintain and update HR management processes within the tool, providing quality support post-implementation.
3. Provide daily operational support to HR users within the Group, ensuring the Core HR module functions smoothly.
4. Participate in internal HR projects, conduct training sessions for internal clients, and contribute to the knowledge base.
5. Ensure the reporting module on the platform functions effectively and is utilized correctly by stakeholders.
6. Maintain the security level of platform access roles.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Year 1 or 2) with a specialization in HR/HRIS.
2. Familiarity with HR administration on an HRIS tool is advantageous.
3. Experience with employee data, positions, and/or organizational charts.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Open Office.
2. Strong writing skills.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Interest in HR data and Information Systems.
5. Responsive, methodical, and attentive with a cross-functional vision and teamwork capability.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Pursuing a Master's degree in HR/HRIS.
