LVMH HR Project Officer — Early Talent (Apprenticeship)
LVMH Recherche is the research and innovation centre serving the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Maisons. It brings together scientists, chemists and specialists to develop ingredients, formulations and processes for luxury fragrance, skincare and makeup, operating within the LVMH group and collaborating with public and private partners worldwide.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and apprentices: liaise with hiring managers to define needs, draft and publish job postings, screen CVs, conduct telephone pre-qualifications, perform interviews and present shortlisted candidates to managers; ensure candidate follow-up and feedback.
- Prepare and administer internship agreements and apprenticeship contracts with the relevant OPCO; maintain and update recruitment and HR dashboards.
- Coordinate the onboarding programme for young talents: organise and monitor the integration pathway, review processes and implement continuous improvements.
- Animate the community of interns and apprentices through internal communication and events (breakfasts, midpoint reviews, networking sessions) and act as their primary HR contact during entry, mid-term and exit stages.
- Manage relationships with partner schools: organise events and collaborative projects aligned with the young-talent strategy.
- Support employer-branding activities including participation in careers fairs to promote technical and scientific careers within cosmetics and luxury.
- Provide regular reporting to the HR team and contribute to cross-functional HR projects.
- Enrolled in a master's programme (business school or university) with specialisation in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR (internship or first role) is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; confident interlocutor for managers and candidates.
- Highly organised, versatile, rigorous and responsive with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A genuine interest in cosmetics and the luxury sector and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Entry-level / débutant. Prior internships or early experience in recruitment or HR processes are advantageous but not mandatory.
Master's degree in progress (business school or university) with a specialisation in Human Resources.
