1. Support the PR Executive in achieving departmental objectives.
2. Assist in organizing press and influencer launches.
3. Coordinate travel bookings and itineraries for press and influencer trips.
4. Serve as the primary contact for journalists' requests.
5. Efficiently handle and log press enquiries.
6. Ensure timely distribution of new launches to relevant audiences.
7. Maintain and update media and influencer contact databases.
8. Manage and distribute press coverage internally and to the international team.
9. Monitor brand buzz and competitor activity using influencer tracking platforms.
10. Manage product stock and order supplies for launches and send-outs.
11. Compile internal reports and conduct competitor analysis.
12. Perform administrative duties, including raising purchase orders and updating budget trackers.
13. Coordinate product launches across e-retailers to drive sales.
14. Ensure e-retail websites are updated with correct content and assets.
15. Liaise with external agencies for asset production and implementation.
16. Create local creative banners and assets using Adobe Photoshop.
17. Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms and report opportunities.
18. Oversee product seeding and send-outs to influencers to drive reviews and traffic.

1. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
2. Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
3. Self-motivated and a good team player.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is desirable.
3. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
4. Reactive to journalists' needs and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Beginner level experience in PR or digital marketing is preferred.
