LVMH Logistics Project Manager

1. Serve as the primary liaison between LVMH Fragrance Brands and the logistics provider, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as AEO and ISO 14001.
2. Oversee the operational management of logistics activities, including SAP/WMS system interfaces, data consistency, and inventory supervision.
3. Analyze stock rotations and propose optimization actions, while developing and monitoring logistics reporting and performance indicators.
4. Facilitate seamless communication with the logistics provider, preparing and leading regular performance reviews and strategic meetings.
5. Lead logistics project management, including benchmarking best practices, tracking industry innovations, and piloting e-commerce deployment for Parfums Givenchy.
6. Mentor and guide an intern, sharing logistics expertise and skills.

1. Degree from an engineering or business school (Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a logistics role, preferably in the cosmetics or luxury sector.
3. Proficiency in logistics information systems (WMS, TMS, etc.) and ERP systems, ideally SAP R/3.
4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 3 years in a logistics function, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury industry.
