LVMH Laboratory Technician - Color Expert

1. Conduct product analyses by applying laboratory methods.
2. Organize workload to meet defined control deadlines.
3. Interpret results and verify product specifications.
4. Input results and make lot usage decisions in SAP.
5. Participate in equipment management and reagent handling.
6. Conduct re-tests, shelf-life extensions, and manage destruction requests for bulks, raw materials, and concentrates.
7. Initiate investigations, create 5M analyses, and determine causes of non-conformities.
8. Create deviations and derogations, and propose corrective action plans.
9. Manage supplier complaints regarding raw material non-conformities.
10. Create and review batch dossiers, and manage laboratory documentation.
11. Oversee sample library for controlled lots and manufacturing.
12. Coordinate external laboratory submissions for surveillance and additional analyses.
13. Participate in staff training and certification for quality auto-controls.
14. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
15. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and validate new analytical methods.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Colorimetry, Biochemistry).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetics or food industry.
3. Expertise in physico-chemical, organoleptic, colorimetric, and olfactory skills.
4. Proficiency in technical English and SAP.
5. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716) is advantageous.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a team environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to laboratory activities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the cosmetics or food industry, with expertise in color analysis preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline.
