1. Set and achieve sales targets for team members in alignment with company goals.

12. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
13. Participate in merchandise management according to corporate guidelines.

15. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
16. Perform additional duties as directed by management.
