1. Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products while maintaining a luxury standard of customer service.
2. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
3. Engage in cross-selling across product categories to enhance average transaction value and units.
4. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations to clients.
5. Conduct flash make-overs and articulate the benefits of products confidently.
6. Initiate and maintain customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
7. Educate clients on Parfums Givenchy products and brand ethos.
8. Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
10. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

12. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
13. Build relationships with store management and comply with store policies.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the luxury sector.
