1. Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products, delivering a luxury standard of service to customers.
2. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
3. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
4. Demonstrate product knowledge and propose personalized products to clients, overcoming objections confidently.
5. Conduct flash make-overs and explain product benefits to clients.
6. Initiate customer contact and engage in traffic stopping to welcome them to the counter.
7. Identify, understand, and reformulate client needs to build personal relationships and gain loyalty.
8. Educate clients on Parfums Givenchy products and brand heritage.
9. Participate in merchandise management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient inventory.
11. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
12. Represent Parfums Givenchy as a brand ambassador at all times.
13. Adhere to company procedures and policies, as well as store policies.
14. Build relationships with store management and carry out additional duties as directed by management.

Beginner level experience in luxury retail or beauty sales is required.
