LVMH Financial Analyst

1. Oversee controlling and reporting for one or more Watches & Jewelry entities, including validation and analysis of P&L, overheads, balance sheet, and cash flow.
2. Provide variance analysis and offer recommendations to maintain or improve profitability.
3. Issue weekly reports and develop business follow-up to enhance performance analysis by channel.
4. Support and challenge brand marketing and commercial teams to ensure KPIs and models meet business requirements.
5. Set up and monitor KPIs for After Sales and Logistics activities, and support After Sales Managers on new projects.
6. Lead the planning process, including budgets, best estimates, revised forecasts, and landing.
7. Assist in establishing internal control processes and plan the annual stock take.
8. Review and update expense approvals and delegation of authority rules as needed.

1. University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business. Master/MBA from a top school preferred.
2. 3-6 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, general accounting, or auditing within a foreign company.
3. Experience in a multinational organization required, with overseas work experience as a plus.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex analysis and communicate results.
2. Knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS).
3. Outstanding Excel skills and proficiency in corporate standard business presentations.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated with international exposure.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player.

Minimum of 3 years in financial planning & analysis, general accounting, or auditing within a multinational organization.

University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business. Master/MBA preferred.
