Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients seeking information about product availability and reservations across various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Provide expert pre-sales advice by recommending suitable products and services to meet client needs.
  • Facilitate a personalized sales experience by presenting iconic models and conducting the luxury sales ceremony.
  • Assist clients with online order placements, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Uphold the Maison's luxury standards and contribute to client loyalty by identifying additional needs and suggesting complementary products.
  • Resolve post-sales inquiries and manage after-sales complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Re-engage clients who have expressed dissatisfaction to understand their concerns and foster positive relationships.
  • Participate in client retention efforts through courtesy calls and invitations to exclusive events.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German, English, and French (CEFR level C1).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse client profiles and deliver a personalized luxury experience.
