LVMH Assistant Retail Excellence Intern

1. Contribute to the organization and facilitation of Retail Excellence projects, including strategic development, workshop preparation, and presentation support.
2. Conduct internal benchmarking and competitive analysis, market analysis, and opportunity studies.
3. Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on retail performance, operations, and team efficiency across various Maisons and divisions.
4. Propose continuous improvements to processes, materials, documents, and tools to enhance team efficiency and collaboration within the holding and corporate departments.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1 or 2) in Business School or University or equivalent.
2. Previous significant experience in retail, preferably in luxury or commercial distribution, either at the point of sale or in regional or central support functions.

1. Strong interest in data and artificial intelligence, performance analysis, process development, and digital tools.
2. Excellent project management skills with a methodical approach.
3. Curiosity, organization, rigor, proactivity, and positivity.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is a plus.
5. Ability to adapt to a complex and dynamic environment and work effectively in a team.

Entry-level experience required, ideally with exposure to the luxury or retail sector.

Master's degree in progress from a Business School or University.
