LVMH Assistant Retail Excellence Intern

- Contribute to the organization and facilitation of Retail Excellence projects, including strategic development, workshop preparation, and presentation support.
- Conduct internal benchmarking and competitive analysis, market analysis, and opportunity studies.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on retail performance, operations, and team efficiency across various Maisons and divisions.
- Propose continuous improvements to processes, materials, documents, and tools to enhance team efficiency and collaboration within the holding and corporate departments.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1 or 2) in Business School or University or equivalent.
- Previous significant experience in retail, preferably in luxury or commercial distribution, either at the point of sale or in regional or central support functions.
- Strong interest in data and artificial intelligence, performance analysis, process development, and digital tools.
- Excellent project management skills with a methodical approach.
- Curiosity, organization, rigor, proactivity, and positivity.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a complex and dynamic environment and work effectively in a team.
Entry-level experience required, ideally with exposure to the luxury or retail sector.
Master's degree in progress from a Business School or University.
