1. Propose and implement improvement actions within the warehouse, including analyzing current processes, simplifying and optimizing operations, and organizing relocations.
2. Organize and monitor the implementation of actions to ensure their completion.
3. Propose necessary training for warehouse staff and support teams to facilitate change.
4. Lead projects on-site in collaboration with warehouse staff and team leaders to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
5. Estimate potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage project timelines, and achieve objectives in terms of gains and deadlines.
6. Utilize and develop standard work methods in continuous improvement initiatives such as benchmarking, risk analysis, problem-solving, and methodologies like 5S, SMED, PDCA, AMDEC, and VSM.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Supply Chain Management or General Engineering.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Interest in hands-on experiences and teamwork.
4. Proactive, organized, and dynamic with a strong sense of initiative.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools like PowerBi.
2. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

No prior professional experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management or General Engineering.
