Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage international client visits and appointments, including preparation and delivery of welcome packs.
  • Coordinate the calendar for various client requests and experiences.
  • Liaise with key contacts and service providers, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Research and propose new aspirational experiences for Very Important Clients (VICs) aligned with the brand's values and history.
  • Assist in the development of concierge tools and track budget management.
  • Prepare and manage client welcome packs and event access.
  • Welcome clients at various Parisian events and manage hospitality activations.
  • Provide logistical support for events, including venue research, planning, and budget management.
  • Support reporting and archival processes, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Monitor competitor activities and best practices.
  • Coordinate with other PCR service teams, international zones, and departments within the Maison and the LVMH group.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, VIP client management, or event coordination is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury market and industry trends.
  • Proficient in English and French.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a refined sense of hospitality.
