Louis Vuitton Payroll and Personnel Administration Apprentice

- Collect and enter payroll variables (hours, absences, bonuses, overtime) into the payroll system.
- Monitor and manage employee absences (leave, sickness) and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Process salary entries and related payroll data with precision and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update personnel files and ensure administrative filing systems are current.
- Conduct shop-floor routines to introduce HR services and build relationships with workshop employees.
- Prepare onboarding payroll presentations and materials for new hires.
- Draft and prepare employee exit documents (work certificates, final settlements).
- Lead a project to raise Line Manager and Team Leader awareness on absence monitoring to improve presenteeism.
- Enrolled in or completing a Bac+3 level program in Human Resources, Payroll, or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with HR teams and operational managers.
- Good analytical capacity, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
