Louis Vuitton Logistics Continuous Improvement Engineer (Apprenticeship)

- Analyze existing stock and operational processes through flow and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and execute field tests with operational teams to validate process modifications and pilot solutions.
- Support managers in defining, implementing and monitoring key performance indicators for warehouse activities.
- Train and engage operational teams during rollout of process changes to ensure adoption and sustainment.
- Deploy reporting solutions and improvements for logistics activity tracking and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to the site’s environmental objectives by proposing and implementing resource-preserving operational improvements.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school (école d’ingénieur) — engineering students in Bachelor/Master programs are eligible.
- Fluent written and spoken English (essential for the role).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience or coursework in process/flow analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable conducting training and fieldwork.
