1. Prepare and manage various reports including overtime, internal mobility, compensation packages, FTE + HC, turnover, and commissions.
2. Handle HR administrative matters such as maternity, injuries, pension fund enrollments, monthly payroll variables, and salary certificates.
3. Perform data entry and data cleaning on the HR portal 'MYHORIZON' (SAP).
4. Assist with recruitment processes including drafting commitments, contracts, managing and verifying incoming employee documents, and payroll file updates.
5. Provide support for attendance management, assisting store admins and head office employees, and conducting monthly reconciliations.
6. Assist in managing benefits such as meal vouchers, flexible benefits, internal insurance, company cars, and seniority gifts.
7. Draft and send internal communications.
8. Create internal presentations.
9. Support the salary review process, including drafting raise letters, sharing data with payroll, and payslip verification.

1. Previous HR experience in dynamic environments.
2. Degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
4. Passion for HR and interest in the retail sector.
5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and curious.
6. Good command of the English language.
7. Proactive and team-oriented.

800 euros stipend plus 8 euro electronic meal vouchers, increasing to 900 euros after six months.
