1. Conduct preparation and research for enamel and miniature painting on dials.
2. Develop and innovate color palettes for products.
3. Utilize advanced enameling techniques such as Champlevé, cloisonné, plique-à-jour, Limoges grisaille, and Geneva enamel under fondant.
4. Apply miniature painting techniques with precision.
5. Manage kiln operations, including firing, grinding, and polishing.
6. Perform aesthetic and dimensional self-checks.
7. Create hand-painted or enameled pieces in accordance with the studio's design specifications.

1. Excellent knowledge and mastery of all enameling techniques.
2. Strong understanding of the processes involved in miniature painting on dials.
3. Familiarity with 2D and 3D volume mastery.
4. Diploma in arts-related fields is advantageous.
5. Experience in watchmaking is preferred.
