Louis Vuitton — Digital Lead in Brussels: drive regional e‑commerce performance and digital activations across Benelux, Nordics & Poland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own regional e‑commerce performance targets, deliver monthly trading objectives and produce actionable insights through rigorous tracking and reporting.
- Monitor multi‑market sales and digital KPIs end‑to‑end; identify opportunities and friction points and recommend prioritised optimizations.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activations (SEM, SEO, CRM, paid social) with agencies and HQ, using data to guide optimizations that improve visibility, engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate product launches and website content updates to maximise online product visibility and ensure alignment with commercial priorities and Maison standards.
- Analyse client journeys to identify conversion opportunities; collaborate with technical teams to remove path‑to‑purchase friction and enhance user experience.
- Support regional rollout of platform features and market expansions, managing UAT, stakeholder alignment and local implementation priorities.
- Lead omnichannel initiatives with Client Services and Retail to ensure a consistent, elevated client experience across touchpoints.
- Act as central coordination point between regional teams, HQ and external partners to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or related roles; at least 3 years preferred in an international context.
- Proven experience managing performance‑driven digital channels including Paid Search, CRM, SEO and Paid Social.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, commercial actions and influence stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Polish strongly advantageous.

Experience
3+ years in a commercial or digital role within an international environment, ideally in luxury e‑commerce or digital marketing, with hands‑on responsibility for driving online performance and cross‑functional project delivery.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
