Join Louis Vuitton in Paris as a Corporate General Accounting Manager. Lead and develop the accounting team in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the general accounting team.
- Drive continuous improvement in the quality of general accounting work.
- Oversee and supervise monthly financial closings.
- Review financial statements, annual reports, and legal documents for French entities.
- Supervise the preparation of documentation for VAT, tax audits, URSSAF, and external auditors.
- Conduct internal training sessions on regulatory updates and best practices.
- Maintain technical vigilance and disseminate accounting updates and their impacts on French entities.
- Lead finance projects on the roadmap, including FEC, DEB, PDP, electronic invoicing, and transactional accounting.
- Manage major accounting flows in collaboration with the financial community: Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in general accounting, with significant experience in an accounting firm.
- Proficient in French accounting standards and knowledgeable in international standards (IFRS).
- Strong command of French taxation.
- Proven managerial capabilities and team leadership skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, curiosity, proactivity, and initiative.
