1. Participate in defining production processes.
2. Establish operational methods and create workstation documentation.
3. Determine requirements for production equipment and tooling.
4. Assist in the implementation of production lines, adhering to budget and timelines.
5. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity.
6. Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of deployed projects and initiatives.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+4/5) specializing in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality.

1. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
2. Interest in hands-on, field-based experiences.
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.

No prior experience required, although previous exposure to an industrial environment is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
