Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Care Associate in Houston, TX — full‑time role focused on after‑sales service, repairs and client relations at the Galleria Women's store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-store ambassador for after‑sales services, managing intake, tracking and client communication throughout the repair process.
  • Provide proactive, tailored follow-up to clients — advising on options, timelines and service recommendations to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to Louis Vuitton policies, procedures and quality standards for repairs and returns.
  • Partner with store Operations to define and optimise back‑of‑house workflows, inventory controls and routine processes that support a seamless client experience.
  • Perform inventory management and quality control checks for items under service, ensuring accuracy and traceability of all repairs and parts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in client care, luxury retail, or after‑sales service.
  • Demonstrable excellence in client communication, rapport building and problem resolution within a premium retail context.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
