1. Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering a consistent Louis Vuitton client experience and upholding the brand promise at every touchpoint.
2. Achieve individual and team sales objectives by driving conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
3. Develop deep Brand and product knowledge and advise clients across all product categories.
4. Use clienteling tools and systems to identify client needs, tailor in-store experiences and nurture long-term relationships.
5. Provide personalized advisory service to a diverse, international clientele and ensure impeccable in-store presentation and service standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of customer-facing or retail experience; previous experience in luxury or high-end retail preferred.
2. Demonstrable sales orientation with a commercial mindset and evidence of meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
4. Comfortable learning and using clienteling tools and internal store systems.
5. Ambitious, curious and customer-focused approach with a professional presentation appropriate for a luxury environment.

Minimum 3 years of customer-facing or retail experience, preferably within a luxury or high-end retail environment.
