Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance understanding of accounting principles.
  • Manage corporate accounting information tools to support departmental activities.
  • Assist in managing the suppliers' registry, focusing on new suppliers.
  • Support monthly closing reporting periods.
  • Collaborate on administrative tasks related to the passive cycle.
  • Aid in managing digital processes related to corporate accounting.
  • Assist in the digital archiving of corporate contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. Problem-solving skills, precision, attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required, with previous knowledge of SAP/ERP considered advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, or similar.

Compensation

Monthly Gross Salary: 800€
