Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist management with day-to-day coordination of the team.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
  • Open and close the store in the absence of management.
  • Support management with delivering training and coaching to the team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
  • Share brand history and heritage with the team and clients.
  • Highlight product categories through product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop and grow a client book, updating client information.
  • Participate in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE’s standards.
  • Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
  • Support with inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a similar retail role.
  • Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Experience working with and leading a diverse, dynamic team.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire the team to perform at their best.
  • Fluent in Chinese, English, and Italian.
