Role & Responsibilities

  • Anticipate work volumes and collaborate with the Planning & Inventory Department Manager to meet productivity targets.
  • Establish and formalize procedures in the logistics area, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate material and human resource needs to guarantee service.
  • Ensure economic efficiency in the logistics area, contributing to the distribution center's success.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate KPIs, developing action plans for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging idea contribution and decision-making.
  • Conduct individual performance follow-ups and annual development interviews with team members.
  • Collaborate with HR and Logistics Management on team professional projects, identifying training and development needs.
  • Foster an open, attractive culture and healthy working environment, establishing collective management routines.
  • Promote health and safety culture by exemplifying compliance with company rules.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations.
  • Experience managing complex and diverse teams is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work afternoon shifts.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level.
