1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, advising, and exceeding client expectations.
2. Exemplify the brand's history and heritage in client interactions.
3. Utilize exceptional product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell across product categories.
4. Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
5. Develop and manage a client book, updating client information using company tools.
6. Collaborate as a team player to achieve store objectives.
7. Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s standards.
8. Maintain products efficiently and securely, both front and back of house.
9. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
10. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
