1. Evaluate technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during the development process.
2. Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes for compliance with technical and design requirements.
3. Ensure new products meet international mandatory standards.
4. Review and manage technical documents, including drawings and BOMs, with related departments.
5. Monitor schedules to meet deadlines for samples and prototypes.
6. Address technical requests from headquarters.
7. Support material and design development initiatives.
8. Contribute to sustainability projects.
9. Assist the Quality Department with quality issues, action plans, and improvements.
10. Conduct quality inspections for semi-finished and finished products.

1. Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing both languages.
3. At least 9 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
4. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
5. Proactive, independent, and self-motivated.

1. Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.
3. High sensitivity to potential problems.

A minimum of 9 years of engineering experience, ideally within the eyewear industry. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Industrialization Manager position.

A degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
