1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance customer experience.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury fashion.
