1. Oversee daily sales operations in the outlet store to ensure efficient and effective performance.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect brand guidelines.
5. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates.
