Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily retail operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate product displays.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.

Skills

Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the retail sector, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
