1. Develop and maintain a clientele through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create business-driving initiatives and events.
3. Ensure associates utilize client books to generate sales and adhere to clientele standards.
4. Supervise and model the selling environment, providing coaching on sales processes.
5. Assist the Store Manager in achieving financial success and assume managerial duties in their absence.
6. Educate the team on product knowledge and sales plans, and coach them to meet business goals.
7. Network within the community to fill open positions efficiently and manage recruitment duties.
8. Onboard new team members and conduct performance assessments through regular meetings.
9. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
10. Ensure brand and operational standards are met, including visual merchandising and store presentation.
11. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, maintaining inventory integrity.
12. Assist in managing payroll budgets and adhere to company policies with a focus on loss prevention.

1. Minimum 3 years of management experience in a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior experience in luxury goods preferred.

$65,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
