Kate Spade Back of House Operations Supervisor

- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Coordinate with front of house staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the back of house area.
- Train and supervise back of house team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
