1. Design and manage global and regional compensation frameworks, including salary structures and job architecture.
2. Lead annual compensation review cycles, ensuring consistent budget management and alignment with merit increases, promotions, and bonuses.
3. Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness through comprehensive benchmarking and data analysis.
4. Oversee benefits programs, ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the employer value proposition.
5. Conduct market benchmarking and build compensation models to provide insights to HR leadership.
6. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and partner with Legal, Finance, and Payroll to mitigate risks.
7. Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation-related decisions.
8. Lead or contribute to global HR projects, monitoring trends in total rewards and proposing innovative solutions.

1. Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
2. Certifications in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., WorldatWork) are a strong plus.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
2. Experience with HRIS and compensation tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP.
3. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with exposure to international and matrix organizations.

Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
