Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
