Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury timepieces.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide detailed information to customers.
  • Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in luxury goods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
