Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain stockrooms, ensuring cleanliness and order.
  • Retrieve items for the sales team during peak seasons and as needed.
  • Support the boutique in achieving sales targets by optimizing stock and inventory workflow.
  • Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
  • Assist with stock and size inquiries from the sales team.
  • Support the shipping and receiving team with daily new receipts.
  • Engage customers with a friendly and warm attitude, providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs.
  • Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
