Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in fashion or business is a plus.
